To Nail The Entry Level Customer Service Position You Must:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all new customers during the order and setup process
- Building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and comprehensive knowledge of our client's services
- Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity and process orders quickly and efficiently
- Manage sensitive customer information and adhere to all compliance standards related to servicing and enrollment practices
- Use provided resources and sales tactics to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs in our commitment to maintaining the first point of contact resolution
- Meet and exceed performance standards set by Senior Management that include customer survey results, sales rates, quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
We'll Be Looking For Our Entry Level Customer Service Representative To Have:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- Proven success in a customer service and consultative sales environment
- Ability to work cohesively with the Sales and Customer Service Representative teams to achieve common sales targets
- Passion for people and developing genuine relationships
