Job Overview
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administrative functions at our offices. This position supports our offices and facilities, Human Resources, safety, correspondence, meeting planning, scheduling, and office supplies. The Office Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by effectively managing various administrative tasks and providing support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all administrative activities of the office, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, vendor management, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
- Serve as the point of contact for all office/facility-related issues, addressing inquiries or concerns from employees, clients, and vendors.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Manage office supply inventory, ordering and restocking as necessary to minimize disruptions in workflow.
- Coordinate and support new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Update and maintain the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data.
- Act as a backup to payroll processing and assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and correspondence.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and escalating issues to the CHRO/HR Generalist when necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support off boarding process and maintain employee records, including leaves, attendance, and personal information.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations and keep up-to-date records and documentation.
- Oversee security and emergency preparedness.
- Support Executive Management team members as needed.
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular), prior experience with an HRIS is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred
