Location: Burlington, MA, 01803 (Remote Hybrid model)
Pay: $22.50
Job Description:
Remote: Hybrid model. On-site for 2 months of training and then can work remotely 3 days out of the week on-site 2.
Your Role:
· This Commercial Service Representative position involves working in a high energy, dynamic, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering best-in-class customer support.
· This individual will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within guidelines, values and customer specifications.
· As a Commercial Service Representative this individual will be required to learn and master a number of different skill sets.
· You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly. Enter internal and external customer orders and quotations received via various sales channels.
· There will be occasions where you will solve situations related to orders, shipments or other customer related matters.
· The Commercial Service Rep will need to research and maintain customer account information within the appropriate system.
· They will also investigate, process and record lost or damaged orders, non-product complaints, credit and/or rebill requests.
Who You Are:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of customer service experience in any industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher education is preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle system and PC applications a plus.
- Strong knowledge around 's organizational structure, business practices and customer base.
- Act as a role model of values and best-in-class business practices.
- Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent listening and telephone communication skills.
- Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks.

Experience:
Intermediate/Advanced customer service experience, flexible on industries previously worked at, Team lead experience would be beneficial
Responsible for:
Orders, Customer Requests, Phone Cue, Issuing Samples, Quoting, Order Entry, Return Doc Requests, Working With Strategic Partnership Accounts (Pfizer, Moderna, Etc.)
