We are specifically looking for an experienced leader for executive communications and organizational culture to join the OCI Group in Seattle, under the centralized Chief of Staff Office (it's not your standard CoS though!). In this role, you will have responsibility for leading a function that crafts a narrative and set of artifacts that builds clarity on our strategy, our organizational priorities, and communicates progress to build a brand people can identify with. This function will define the strategy and partner, spanning varying organizations and lines of business, to lead a set of organizational health initiatives that correspond with our internal communications to help create a sustainable and enjoyable workplace for all.
About the role
You will partner with every team in Oracle to make this happen. The space is fun, large, cross cutting and complex. You will create assets, from videos to offline material, that discuss and clarify our strategic priorities, our products, and cross-cutting initiatives to remove ambiguity and simplify complexity. You will program manage several initiatives to lead our cultural journey as OCIs grows its footprint in the Cloud market. In this function, you will be partnering with several communications functions in the organization to lead internal communications across all of OCI and build an executive communications arm for the OCI leadership team.
This role requires a self-motivated individual, comfortable operating in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, and that builds positive senior leader relationships across the organization. The individual must be an authority in executive communications, passionate about story telling, synthesizing complexity, and confidence in a technical Cloud environment.

Desired Skills
10 years experience executive communication for corporate executives with demonstrated capability across all media channels.
5 years experience narrative production, marketing and/or PR/AR environment.
You display a proven track record to think broadly and strategically.
You are an expert communicator and story-teller, with a creative demeanor.
You possess a technology or field solutions background that enables you to understand the complexities of the sophisticated architecture of OCI.
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and leadership skills.
You can work well with senior leaders within all of Oracle (from engineering to business) to get results for core business initiatives.
You work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and build a solution.
