Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.
As a Physician Track Delivery Consultant III, you will consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. As a member of this team, you are responsible for completing complex full-system solution build and maintaining accountability for build quality score and any necessary follow up actions. Additionally, you will develop and execute complex test plan and test script execution and follow change management processes for new defects. In this role you will also need to be able to navigate across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership, and provide implementation process leadership for client work groups. Finally, you will need to establish best practices for knowledge transfer and process improvement and assume venue coaching responsibility for other associates.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
- At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experience
- At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

The estimated rate of pay for this job is $69,120-$103,680/yr., which may vary based on education, experience, merit, geographic location, or other job-related factors.
