6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. About the role: Oracle’s National Security Group is seeking consultants that have a passion for Oracle SaaS applications that support an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community. As an HCM Cloud – Benefits Consultant you will work with your clients to understand their business processes, provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise, and drive adoption of Oracle’s modern best practices and processes.

- Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Benefits Cloud solution
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes
- Understand Oracle’s cloud implementation methodology and use it to configure and implement the Benefits Cloud solution
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the Benefits Cloud solution
- Assist consulting team members with configure, build, and test activities
- Assist the implementation team and support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go live activities
Required Qualifications:
- Top Secret/SCI with Full scope poly
- BS computer science or related field (or 4 years of equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years of experience implementing Oracle HCM and/or Benefits Cloud
- 6-10 years of overall experience
- Experience writing detailed functional specifications for Fast Formulas, integrations, and custom reports
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Complete tasks efficiently and effectively drive project deliverables
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently as part of a team
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud certification
- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Benefits implementations
- Proficient with other HCM Cloud modules
- Experience with HCM Cloud business processes such as HR Core, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Self Service, OTL, and Recruitment
- Experience implementing other Oracle HCM Cloud modules
- Experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud security
- Experience with HR compliance reporting
