What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Snr Manager position at Oracle?
As a member of the Application Leadership team, you will have a variety of responsibilities such as: supporting maintenance and configuration of clinical applications to ensure applications meet client's objectives and contributing to the development of the overall solution roadmap. You will leverage your analytical skills by identifying cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management, as well as analyzing data, identify business gaps, and direct resolutions; ensuring the delivery of services to clients and the client's business standards are achieved. Through your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will build relationship with client executives to help drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader area of responsibility. As a leader, you will lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department. You will identify, propose and lead team quality and process improvement initiatives to improve client satisfaction and reduce costs. Furthermore, you will help motivate and ensure team members continue to be successful by promoting associate growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities. You will own decision-making for staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
- At least 4 years of client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience
- At least 8 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
- Cerner Millennium work experience and other third party application work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
- At least 7 years of client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other client-facing work experience
- At least experience with Cerner Millennium application work experience and third party applications
- Bachelor's degree
