Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

We are looking for road warriors, flight enthusiasts, and night owls to support our clients however needed. That could include at the bedside in a hospital, over a webcam, working 12-hour shifts, or taking calls while at the airport. We have clients in small towns to big cities, from beaches to mountains to countryside, and everywhere in between. Our clients care for their patients, 24/7/365 days a year, and we stick right beside them along the way to bring them the latest technology. Whether you get aligned to a federal or commercial client, we all have the end goal of achieving improved health outcomes and delivering an exceptional client experience.
After graduating from Consulting Academy, you will join your team and receive further comprehensive training to become a subject matter expert supporting specific Cerner software services. You will balance multiple client workloads as you help shape their systems and ensure you are fostering strong relationships to empower your client to understand how technology can save lives, decrease errors and reduce wasteful spending. Much of your time will be working with your clients through all phases of the software implementation process, including data collection, workflow design, testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring project milestones are met. Your end goal is to successfully transition a client through the Cerner implementation process.

• At least 4 years total combined related work experience or completed higher education
**Training Details:**
• 6-10 weeks of classroom-based (virtual) onboarding
•First 3-6 months: Travel & client commitment on-the-job training before alignment to specific team need **to Know:**
• Travel: Willing to travel 100% as needed
• Location: Virtual - Eligible, within 60 miles of a major international airport
• Work Hours: For training - 8-5 Central Monday - Friday (after training - Client specific hours when supporting & Traveling)
• Federal: US Citizenship
• 15 - 18 month commitment with potential for growth

New York City Pay Range: from $25.10 to $49.18 per hour; from $52,200 to $102,300 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.10 to $46.59 per hour; from $52,200 to $96,900 per annum; eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
