Job Description
Within our Health Network Consulting organization we are hiring a Quality Measurement Leader! As a Quality Measurement Leader, you will advise organizations on how to prepare for changing healthcare quality requirements, consult with organizations on how to use Millennium and HealtheIntent tools to improve their quality measure performance, and provide engagement management oversight on long-term partnerships.
In this role, Quality Measurement Leaders will consult on EHR design, Population Health platform design, value-based care programs, industry quality measurement standards, and process improvement.
Must have experience in either Healthcare IT, Healthcare Quality Measures, Population Health, or Healthcare Regulatory fields.
Preferred qualifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality - CPHQ , Performance Improvement experience (green belt, yellow belt, etc.) , or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Responsibilities
We're looking for strong talent with client relationship experience to:
- Advise healthcare organizations on quality program requirements and assist them with strategic planning guidance across value-based care programs
- Provide quality landscape expertise to internal and external stakeholders on CMS Inpatient/Outpatient Quality Reporting, MIPS Quality, The Joint Commission ORYX measures, Primary Care First quality measures, MSSP ACO Quality, HEDIS measures, and other quality-related programs
- Facilitate executive-level sessions
- Consult with clients on how to achieve quantifiable value across Millennium and HealtheIntent platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain longitudinal relationships client leaders
- Provide engagement management oversight to long-term client partnerships
- You will also be able to consult with sales associates to ensure client organizations' needs for quality programs and value-based care strategy are addressed.
- Attend industry and internal webinars to stay current on healthcare quality changes
- Work in an evolving and independent environment
- Willing to travel up to 10% as needed
