Projected Salary: $85,000-$95,000 DOE
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience with ADP Vantage or Workforce Now
- 5 years of experience processing payroll
- Current payroll experience is a must
- Advanced Excel (V-look up & Pivot tables)
Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for supporting payroll processing for all locations within Falck, USA. You will make a difference in providing world class customer service to our external and internal customer base and be an advocate for your customers on system process improvements and automation. Advanced Excel is required to maintain data using multiple system platforms (i.e., ADP, ESO & UKG). This will include working close with ADP Vantage on creating reports, supporting Payroll system upgrades, validating quarterly and annual taxation which includes multi-state information. Working with People and Culture around other compliance matters (i.e., minimum wage requirements and expired I-9’s). This position will require knowledge of Payroll compliance from an audit perspective and processing payroll for our Union location. The Payroll System Administrator will support processing timely reports to our customer base (internal and external). The customer base includes: ADP, UKG (Kronos), ESO, Accounting, People and Culture Team and all sites. This position will be based in our Falck USA headquarters in Orange, CA office.

Responsibilities:
The Payroll System Administrator must perform essential duties in an organized and efficient manner. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support and execute system implementations based on business needs.
- Lead and complete projects associated with payroll compliance requirements
- Network and partner with Union Labor Business partners completing statistical reports regarding union payroll reporting.
- Project manage new business initiatives for company growth
- Develop excellent relationships with internal clients (i.e, Accounting, Benefits, Legal, Union, other teams) to manage day-to-day tasks
- Manage and maintain departmental policies and procedures
- Serve as internal payroll compliance expert
- Conduct audits as requested by People & Culture, unions, and/or employees on payroll-related items
- Process payroll utilizing time & attendance and other data, based on location requirements
- Customize ADP reports to all our customers (internal and external customers)
- Set up tax identifications and payroll reporting for new business lines, locations, or other growth opportunities
- Create edit reports to proactively detect payroll discrepancies and partner with customer/site on process improvements
- Validate ADP Tax information (941 & 940 reconciliation) for all company codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve ADP edits regarding employee payroll set up
- Conduct PTO Research requests for Union company
- Support Payroll Manager on special projects
- Manage other tasks as assigned, based on department goals
Qualifications:

- Must possess CPP or Bachelors Degree
- ADP Vantage Experience or equivalent (WFN, Enterprise or Payforce) required
- Knowledge of ESO and/or UKG Time and Attendance Modules desired, but not required
- Experience working with Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and application of emotional intelligence
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Expert in payroll laws (Federal, State and local laws)
- Advanced excel is required to maintain data due to multiple system platforms
