Position Summary
Assist in accelerating our sales and the adoption of our EV trucks by providing insightful analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting for our business. Be a leader in improving our worksheets and internal understanding of performance and improving customer-facing materials and reports.
Position Responsibilities
- Implement improvements to take us to the next level versus current reporting and worksheets
- Leverage available CRM and Sales data to provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
- Evaluate performance of campaigns and sales activities to determine most effective approaches
- Assist with planning and scheduling of production based on customer demand
- Prepare analytical reviews of truck usage/performance to review with customers
- Identify knowledge gaps and help us fill them
Position Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
- Outstanding Microsoft Excel skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Pays close attention to detail
- Confidence and poise to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Diligent follow-up skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Power BI
- Experience with CRM tools
