POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Admissions at Orange Lutheran High School, this position is responsible for prospecting, recruiting, and overseeing the admissions process for International Students.
Reports to: Director of Admissions
Supervises: No supervisory duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Develop and manage international agency relationships, and determine strategies for creating new relationships with international agencies based on experience, relationships, and data
- Field general International Admissions questions via emails sent to international student Orange Lutheran High school email address and phone calls
- Partner with the marketing department to create new marketing efforts for the international student market
- Provide personalized on-campus tours
- Assist in the processing of international student applications which could include
- Evaluation of documentation and test scores for the final determination of whether students will be accepted as domestic students or international students.
- Assist families through the application process
- Schedule and holds interviews, either in person or via Skype, in addition to proctoring placement testing for international students
- Distribute acceptance packages and all materials as needed
- Participate in all Orange Lutheran sponsored admission events specifically to represent the International Admissions program

- Course Registration Seminar

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Assist with interviews
- Attend admission events
- Gather vital contact information for prospective students for use in marketing communications
- Attend department and faculty meetings and required school functions
- Perform administrative duties as needed
- All other duties as assigned

BA degree required
Experience
- Previous experience preferred in marketing or recruiting in the admissions field
- Bilingual preferred with Mandarin or Korean language
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND CLEARANCES
- Cleared Background/Fingerprint check
- Valid CPR certifications
- Cleared TB assessment
- Completion of Ministry Safe Training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position primarily involves sedentary work
