If you’re reading this, you’re probably a committed Fitness Professional who wants to inspire others to work hard so they can be the best they can be, and most importantly, better. You know how to motivate to get that one more burpee and know when to hold back to be sure workouts are safe and effective.

A Day In The Life:

· Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts

· Help members set and achieve goals

· Ensure members are using correct form and offering corrections & modifications

· Understand the science behind our workouts - specifically heart-rate focused training

· Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

You Have:

· “Teamwork makes the dreams work” attitude

· Ability to earn $25-$75 per hour

· AED/CPR certified

· Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $75.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Fitness Coaching / Personal Trainer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR / AED Certification (Required)
• certification from: ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA or ACSM (Required)
