What You Will Do
- Work in location daily alongside the studio managers to set performance goals, translate into action and execute to deliver results.
- Prioritize daily/weekly studio visits based on current business needs and performance.
- Model and train on daily production models to drive studio KPIs.
- Ensure the completion of operational business tasks across multiple locations.
Required Experience:
- 5 years successfully managing leaders of sales teams across multiple locations in a consumer business.
- Willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends
- This is a Full time position, 50 hours per week should be expected.
- Passionate; walking and talking example of a health and fitness lifestyle.
- Lead generation experience using community outreach, events, etc.
- Worked in a fast paced environment and achieved optimal sales and service results.
- Analytical, detail oriented and thorough approach to problem solving.
Compensation: $80,000-100,000 Base Salary, Commissions and Bonus structure based on location performance.
