Report Writer

Essential duties and responsibilities of the Report Writer include: 

• Organize and prioritization of incoming field notes.
• Review field notes and reports to assure accuracy.
• Develop technical reports using Orbital’s web-based inspection database.
• Create sketches in AutoCAD or directly on the inspection database and mark the location of the deficiencies.
• Work with all office location managers and aid with their report writing needs.
• Prioritize the report writing efforts and ensure completion of the reports as defined in the proposal.
• Proficient with a computer and/or tablet use in office and field.
• Be available to support emergency jobs that will have less than 24-hour notice.

 Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
