What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delegating Nurse position at Orchards Assisted Living?
Ohana Ventures is a premier senior living management company that is seeking an experienced Delegation RN that would be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high quality of care service and standards for their local Southern Oregon Communities, Orchards Assisted Living in Medford and The Bridge Assisted Living and Oak Lane Memory Care/Assisted Living in Grants Pass Oregon ; following policies and procedures; promoting the health and well being of each resident; and directing the training program for clinical staff. Auditing and reviewing the communities clinical services regularly to ensure they are meeting and exceeding Ohana standards. Oversight of training and delegation needs of our staff and residents.

RN Responsibilities (include not limited to):
- Delegation of tasks per the OARs and OSBN
- Teaching tasks to unlicensed staff
- Assessment of residents quarterly or with change of condition
- Establish and implementing treatment plans
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or Home Health/Hospice
- Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate resident records
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in long term care preferred
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
