Position Summary
Coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, grounds, buildings, and other facilities by performing the following duties personally or through on-site personnel.
Education And Experience Requirements
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school; or certificate program, or four years responsible experience in physical facilities and maintenance in building trades, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer knowledge helpful, using MS Windows, as well as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
