This recruitment will be used to fill one part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Assessment & Accreditation Project Assistant position for the Department of Assessment & Accreditation (A&A) at Oregon State University (OSU).
The position will provide data entry and data management support to the Assessment and Accreditation office team and Assistant Vice Provost. The A&A Project Assistant will develop and enhance their skills including, but not limited to: following directions, communication, critical thinking, teamwork/collaboration, and professionalism.
This position has an emphasis of data entry. The A&A Project Assistant will also develop expertise in topics directly related to student success and accreditation at OSU.
Position Duties
50% Working with A&A staff, follow established procedures to enter, manage, track, and archive data/information
30% Attend and participate in meetings and trainings
20% Provide other project assistance as necessary

Additional Required Qualifications
- Experience being on a team and following direction
- Ability to do detailed repetitive tasks with attention to work quality
- Completing tasks within deadlines
- Detail-oriented and self-directed
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools including Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Preferred (Special) Qualifications
- Experience with data entry and organizing and archiving digital files
- Experience with database applications
Working Conditions / Work Schedule
This position will take place in an in-person, office setting at Kerr Administration Building.
