The IT Operations Project Manager drives internal strategic and tactical projects focusing on on-time, on-budget completion, working with both colleagues and cross-functional client-side team members.

Responsibilities
• Leverages existing and past project documentation, and collaborates with IT leadership and team members, to initiate, plan, schedule, and estimate all activities for implementation projects.• Helps redefine and redevelop project process.• Develops, maintains, and distributes detailed plan documentation.• Tracks the day-to-day progress of project activity.• Monitors and reports on progress of multiple projects to all stakeholders.• Creates, maintains, and distributes dashboards designed to keep leadership and business practitioners up to speed on progress.• Schedules and facilitates team meetings to drive progress.• Tracks, manages, and closes issues.• Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve technology objectives.• Applies knowledge and tools from prior projects to drive continuous improvement in project execution.• Manages some revenue recognition processes for IT Operations that include setting up and managing tools that allow for monthly financial forecasting based on pipeline and current projects.• Works closely with colleagues to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required• 4 years of technical project management experience in an up-to-date technology environment.• Previous experience implementing SaaS preferred.• Experience working with C-level on projects.• Previous consulting experience required.• Experience with managing non-technology projects or projects tied to strategic corporate initiatives.• PMP or another project management certification a plus.• Exposure to both classic and agile project management experience, and the ability to flexibly leverage the two disciplines as appropriate.
