As a Program Manager you will direct efforts between projects leading the overall program with strong attention to businessobjectives, implementation, and delegation. - Formulates, organizes and monitors inter-connected projects
- Decides on suitable strategies and objectives
- Directs cross-project activities
- Assesses program performance and aims to maximize ROI for all internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks
- Produces and presents program reports for management and stakeholders
- Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved
- Develops and controls deadlines, budgets and activities
- Anticipates, mitigates, and resolves issues that could derail projects
- Manages hours tracking, including utilization, erosion, and reporting of hours
- Identifies key requirements and execution support needed from cross-functional teams
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10 years of previous technical project manager experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required
- Previous experience working with business and technical executives to outline and executive against strategic roadmaps required
- Exceptional time management skills
- Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
