We are seeking a experienced, high-energy, Training Specialist to build relationships across the division in order to promote personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
As a Training Specialist III with Orkin, you will be an integral part of the Division Leadership team and add value by helping to bring out the best in every person and team. You will identify people and process opportunities. Once identified, you will find or create the tool(s) and put your plan into action. You will be the Divisions subject matter expert (SME) on all things training/learning and development.
- Analyze training needs, build appropriate learning solutions, select delivery methods and work collaboratively to deliver and implement training.
- Use critical thinking to identify, research, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions to complex problems.
- Work with SMEs to design training materials and develop curriculum.
- Create, manage, and deliver in classroom, virtual and self-guided learning formats to diverse teams.
- Create supporting documentation, job aids and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor, test and measure for trainee comprehension and satisfaction.

Qualifications
You’ll need to have…
- Bachelor’s degree or educational, instructional design or training certification
- 3-5 years related work experience or a combination of experience and education/training in training and/or leadership development
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Teams
- Experience creating and delivering content virtually and in-person
