POSITION DATE: March 2022
POSITION STATUS: Part-Time, hourly, non-exempt Part-time, hourly, approximately 28.5 hours per week (typical schedule: Sundays 8:30am-2pm and Mondays-Thursdays 3-8:45pm)
COMPENSATION: $14-15 per hour for 28.5 hours per week (typical schedule: Sundays 8:30am-2pm and Mondays-Thursdays 3-8:45pm)

Basic Purpose and Objective of the Role:
Under the direction of the School Registrar & Revenue Manager, the Fitness Thru Dance (FTD) Coordinator will be responsible for the enhancement and execution of the School’s FTD offerings. Orlando Ballet is seeking a driven, self-motivated highly organized individual, with the ability to manage data and a commitment to supporting Orlando Ballet in its mission to entertain, educate and enrich through the highest quality of dance.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the School Registrar & Revenue Manager to develop and implement the registration process for all FTD programs using third-party software systems as necessary;
- Serve as the point of contact for FTD students, guiding students through the registration process and responding to account and general questions with exceptional customer service;
- Serve as the point of contact for FTD faculty members, scheduling and recruiting new teachers as needed in coordination with the School Director;
- Work with School Registrar & Revenue Manager and the Finance Department to regularly reconcile FTD income accounts;
- Work with School Director to research, develop and manage new FTD classes and offerings, ensuring maximization of operational capacity and revenues while maintaining the highest quality of training;
- Develop, implement, and manage a FTD Corporate Wellness program;
- Work with marketing team to develop strategies to promote all FTD programs and meet revenue goals;
- Create and maintain FTD class/program rosters and implement systems for accurately tracking attendance records;
- Provide reports and projections on a regular basis for all FTD programs;
- Work with School Administrative Manager on scheduling and to ensure front desk coverage for all FTD programs;
- Provide administrative support for the School as needed;
- Provide support at school and company events as needed with the purpose of promoting FTD programs;
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a marketing and/or promotions role
- Proven track record of providing superior customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong data analysis competencies
- A proven track record of ability to work independently, with great attention to detail, in a high-volume atmosphere under established time constraints
- Familiarity with Mac operating systems, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), and experience working with sophisticated database systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a not-for-profit environment
- Knowledge of dance and fitness programs
- Experience working in MindBody database system
