Medical Office Receptionist

Per-Diem- Tuesday and Wednesday 10am-7pm with the possibility of adding additional days. Parking is included.

Orlin & Cohen, one of the largest providers of musculoskeletal care in the region is seeking a receptionist to work in the orthopedic department. In this patient facing role, you will be an important part of a team of clinical professionals and administrators whose job it is support and enhance the delivery of care to patients. Medical Office Receptionist Candidate Attributes:

• Types 30 words per minute
• Bilingual a plus but not required

Medical Office Responsibilities Include:

• Customer service
• Patient registration
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Typing various correspondence, generating reports
• Preparation of statistical data
• Maintaining patient files
• Collecting payments
• Keeping inventory of supplies
• Ordering supplies
• Required Experience & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED
• 1 year of medical office experience
• Excellent oral, written, computer and customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
