Position Summary
Our Customer Service Level 2 are a key link between our customers and Sales Representatives ensuring the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.
A passion to provide service and solve problems with strong communication skills is essential.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Customer Service Level 2 will :
- Process and input all customer orders
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and vendors.
- Coordinate special last-minute requests
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts in a courteous and efficient manner
- Effectively and timely communication with customers as needed
- All duties in OPS CS- Level 1.
- Performs other duties and / or responsibilities as requested.
Depending on the business supporting, the CS Level 2 may :
- Work with assigned Associate Packaging Consultants and Packaging Consultants.
- Engage with customers in soft upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Processing of internal quotes
- Work with Shipping to confirm deliveries
Required and / or Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- 3 years in customer service experience
