Join us in our mission to transform the power of diagnostics into a healthier future for all. The Role As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Implementation Project Manager. The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex, multi-site, multi-Customer implementations, internal projects, evaluating business-specific objectives, and driving the development, delivery and adoption of solutions to address business needs. The PM will coordinate all activities of the project team, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop & implement project plans to ensure timely completion of projects. This will include development and maintenance of implementation plans for health system partners, monitoring progress against goals, timely escalation of barriers to success along with identification of potential solutions, and ensuring all stakeholders are well informed of deliverables. The PM will develop work plans that consider the priorities, time & cost estimates, resource requirements, and identification of tasks that must be performed to achieve project success. This position is remote based in the US. The Responsibilities Establish and manage project plans, timelines, and resources for assigned customer implementations Effectively utilize Project Management software to manage projects and communicate status internally and externally Identify risk areas and develop plan to address obstacles, escalating as needed. Assure all project deliverables are reviewed and quality is achieved as planned. Lead internal and external meetings to drive project to completion Ensure customer satisfaction, by setting expectations, customizing a project plan for the solution, and executing to meet project timelines. Demonstrates the ability to apply relevant use-cases to issues that customers are facing. Identifies and manages the appropriate resources through the duration of the project to drive results. Prioritizes demands from multiple areas to develop and execute plans balancing the needs of the business and customer. Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills are critical to managing competing priorities. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. The Individual Required: Education: BS/BA Degree in Business, Life Science, or related field Certifcation: CAPM certification Internal Applicants Only: In limited cases, and to support talent development and internal mobility -- the company will consider relevant QuidelOrtho experience including two-years of project management and implementation work across QuidelOrtho customer base; and require registration to complete CAPM certification within 6 months of start date. PMP certification is required to be obtained within two years of start date. Exeperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Independent Worker: Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement Communication: Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills Preferred: PMP Certification Experience with implementation project management The Key Working Relationships Internal Partners: Business Development Manager Account Experience Manager Strategic Accounts Executive Interacts with other aspects of the organization as required (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Customer Service, etc.) External Partners: Customers including but not limited to Laboratory Managers, Supervisors. The Work Environment The work environment characteristics are representative of an office environment. No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 90% of the time at the desk on computer or in meetings.  Salary Transparency The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $118,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
