The Opportunity The main responsibility is to guarantee continuous supply while achieving inventory target. He / She will work closely with planners and will execute some operational activities such as PO placement, stock management, allocation, follow up and communication. The communication to key business partners will be critical (Manufacturing, 3rd party Suppliers, Warehouse, Distribution, Customer service, Quality, Finance, Marketing…) to ensure strong working relationships and processes, resulting in achievement of stated objectives. The Responsibilities Execute drop shipment process on time to offer great service to customers (delivery service level) Translate demand plan into short- and long-term supply plan using planning system Collaborate with manufacturing and 3rd party Suppliers to ensure timely execution Execute the replenishment, stock management and allocation of defined Ortho portfolio Communication across organizations for supply availability visibility and escalation when appropriate Usage of Planning tools and reports Maintenance of PO and planning parameters Perform other work-related duties as assigned. The Individual Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4-year degree; preferably in Business, Logistics or Engineering Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain management with understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals (Customer order flow, Supply and Inventory planning). Excellent ability to work in team with multiple stakeholders, excellent (phone) communication skills Customer focused Good sense of priorities, committed, flexible. Organization skills and aptitude for planning as well as accuracy with attention to details. Computer literate and working knowledge of software such as Excel and ERP systems. Knowledge of Advance Planning System, MRP are great assets. Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions. Skills to convince, to influence and to manage others. Ability to take ownership and drive process improvements.
