What You’ll Do:
As an X-Ray Technologist, you’ll be an essential part of our clinical team, using your expertise to perform radiographic procedures that assist in diagnosing and treating patients. Your role will include:
- Preparing exam rooms and equipment, ensuring everything is in place for each patient’s unique needs.
- Verifying patient information and explaining procedures to make them feel comfortable and informed.
- Positioning patients accurately for radiological procedures, adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
- Operating x-ray/fluoro/c-arm machines with precision to capture high-quality images.
- Reviewing imaging results for technical accuracy, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Collaborating with medical professionals and communicating key details that assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Maintaining equipment and managing inventory for your area to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification is required.
- Associates Degree in Radiology or related field (preferred).
- Experience operating x-ray, C-arm, and fluoroscopy equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
