OrthoTennessee is seeking a Facilities Manager for a full-time, flexible scheduling, Monday - Friday opportunity at our KOC office in West Knoxville. This role is responsible for the daily and scheduled maintenance related to specified buildings and properties, collaborate with building inhabitants to set safety protocols, supervise security staff and technology, schedule routine maintenance, plan new projects and perform emergency repairs. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will schedule daily janitorial services to keep the building’s interior attractive and hygienic, assessing the costs of maintaining workspaces, making recommendations for becoming more efficient and may assist in relocating businesses to a new office space that better meets their needs.
