Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Primarily Remote, in office 1-2x per month in Fairfield County, CT

Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit for positions across our organization, including physician practices and our management services organization. In this newly created position, you will establish a talent pipeline for our most critical roles. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, make an impact, and build world class processes.
Role and Responsibilities:

Executes full cycle of recruiting process for multi-site operations in the Northeast.

Sources qualified active and passive candidates to meet stakeholder requirements by leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system.

Conducts in depth pre-screens and interviews to ensure candidates meet minimum competency requirements.

Builds relationships with hiring managers, to provide service excellence and staffing expertise.

Provide a flawless candidate experience at every phase of the recruiting process.

Partners with local schools, professional programs and organizations to build pipelines for technical roles and frequent vacancies.

Incorporates metrics to establish baselines and measure success (time to fill, offer acceptance rates etc.)

Regularly review recruitment dashboard of key metrics to make data-based decisions.

Participate in defined and/or ad-hoc projects/initiatives within the broader HR team.
Qualifications and Background:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred, High School required.

1-3 years of relevant experience required.

Previous healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred.

Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, Paycom a plus.

Previous experience in a high volume agency environment a plus.

Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.

Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, relationship building and critical thinking skills.

Agile working style, with structured and pragmatic thinking and comfortable working with ambiguity and fluidity.
