ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/ITSM) - Secret Clearance Required (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have a Secret Clearance and possess or be willing to commit to obtaining Security (Sec ) certification within the first 30 days of employment. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to contribute to our projects from the comfort of your own location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in the HRSD or ITSM domains.


• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.


• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, integrations, and UI components.


• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications and functionalities.


• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.


• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient and effective ServiceNow solutions.


• Support the implementation of ServiceNow upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services.


• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD or ITSM.


• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.


• Security (Sec ) certification or commitment to obtaining it within the first 30 days of employment.


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.


• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, or HR Case Management.


• Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and their application within the ServiceNow ecosystem.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• Prior experience with ServiceNow HRSD Pro or ITSM Pro is a plus.
