We are searching for an experienced HRSD ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR Service Delivery requirements and translate them into efficient and effective ServiceNow solutions.


• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of HRSD solutions, considering best practices, scalability, and maintainability.


• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow HRSD module implementation, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, and more.


• Perform platform configuration, customization, and integrations to meet client-specific needs.


• Design and develop advanced workflows, scripting, and business rules to enhance system functionality and automation.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HRSD solutions with other enterprise systems.


• Lead and mentor junior team members in ServiceNow development and best practices.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in HRSD and ServiceNow technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).


• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a focus on HR Service Delivery.


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and HRSD Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.


• Strong experience with web technologies, including XML, HTML, Angular JS, and RESTful Web Services.


• Expertise in advanced development with JavaScript, including writing scripts, business rules, and client scripts.


• In-depth knowledge of HRSD module features and capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.


• Proven experience in architecting complex ServiceNow solutions and integrating with third-party systems.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.


• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.


• Prior experience working with a ServiceNow Elite Partner is a plus.
