What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador - Seattle position at OSEA?
Join our fast growing beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding team. We are looking for a brand ambassador in the Seattle Area to share their love of clean beauty and wellness via education and sales with our partner accounts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean skincare and be well versed in common skincare vernacular. They will also have an impressive history with sales.
May have the opportunity to travel within the state or to nearby states.
Responsibilities
- Educate employees and customers
- Hand sell product line
- Accommodate set sales targets and work independently in the field
- Communicate confidently and clearly about our brand, with genuine interest in natural, clean ingredients
- Support staff retail partners
- Comfortable giving mini-facials on the sales floor (when restrictions lift)
- Complete recaps of work, sharing information that can help us improve our customer's experience
Experience
- Experience in retail setting, especially in the beauty, wellness, and skincare space
- Esthetician license or practical experience with skincare
- Ability to learn new platforms for time management and reporting
- Proven track record of effective communication
- Entrepreneurial, make-it-work spirit!
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Mode of transportation as carrying products or event materials to an account may be necessary
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at one time and work independently
- Must be willing to fall in love with our products, work in a collaborative environment and most importantly have fun while we work!
