AS&E, an OSI Systems Company is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, based out of Billerica, MA.

Provides administrative support to EHS & Facilities and serves as the first point of contact at the site. Role requires a high level of customer service and includes handling security verification, greeting customers & visitors, initial site vendor interface, submitting supply requests, and maintaining Safety Data Sheet database, training records, and PM/work order tracking.
Responsibilities
- Perform receptionist & administrative tasks in support of EHS & Facilities, including:
- Greeting, properly signing-in, and assigning the correct badge to our visitors, vendors, guests, and customers as to strictly adhere to the Security Policy and Procedures.
- Maintaining a neat and tidy appearance of lobby & work area.
- Maintain and reorder cafeteria, coffee station, and janitorial supplies as needed.
- Maintain site Safety Data Sheet database up to date including regularly adding new materials SDS into online corporate system.
- Maintain site EHS training records including scheduling.
- Maintain site PM/Work Order records including status tracking.
- Maintains high efficiency and quality in job functions performed. Completes all work in clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain meticulous records.
- Communicates openly with and keeps immediate supervisor and/or other management staff informed of status of current projects, tasks, problems, important issues, etc.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience as a receptionist and providing general administrative support.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a receptionist support position with excellent etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Office (Word and Excel).
- Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, and work well with others to ensure success with routine communications.
- Notary is a plus!
