University Recruiter

Job Description OSIsoft is seeking a University Recruiter, reporting to the University Recruiting Manager, who will be responsible for executing our Wast Coast University Recruiting strategy. You will manage all on-campus and virtual events, build our corporate brand at key universities, recruit candidates for new graduate and internship positions, and build diverse pipeline of candidates. Your primary internal clients will be our Engineering and Product Support organizations; however, other departments may have occasional new graduate and intern hiring needs as well. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for execution of full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer. Manage and coordinate interview process for the new graduate, intern, and co-op recruitment efforts. Promote the OSIsoft brand at target schools through recruitment events and building relationships with key contacts including career services, student organizations, etc. Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events for active candidates and prospects. Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at target schools including career services, student organizations, etc. Coordinate with ERGs and target universities on diversity recruiting efforts. Proactively source candidates to build a robust, diverse pipeline. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in university recruiting. Bachelor’s degree or above Previous experience in recruiting, marketing, or diversity recruiting experience a plus. Effective communication, problem solving and organizational skills, with strong attention to details. Ability to travel as needed.
