Scope of Work:
This position is an administrative coordinator for the Montgomery Connects digital equity programs. It will require work to be performed both on-site at County main office AND on-site at other locations. Person must be able to provide their own transportation. Work is performed in the office, and as needed at County libraries, recreation centers, special event locations and similar venues
Person must be able to pick up print jobs from EOB and bring to COB and must be able to lift 15 lbs. (e.g., box of promotional items, metal easels, pull down fabric signs, pop-up tents in rollaway bag).

General Work Responsibilities:
On-Site Enrollment of Households in the Affordable Connectivity Program, Montgomery Connects computer, and similar programs
Assist families with enrollment in programs
Supervisor other staff and volunteers on-site
Be responsible for tracking event results (number of participants enrolled, etc.)
Pack and bring supplies (iPads, flyers, pens, tablecloths)
Be a subject matter expert to answer questions
Provide feedback regarding ways to improve event operations
Organizational Outreach
Contact organizations to schedule events
Conduct site visits as necessary to ensure event space is suitable with WiFi
Reserve locations
Work with organizations to arrange additional staff or volunteer support
Work with County staff to create promotional flyers and posters for events
Manage timely distribution of promotional materials
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $45,000.00 per year
