Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Shucker to join our team. The Shucker will be responsible for efficiently and accurately shucking oysters, clams, or other shellfish in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Shuck oysters, clams, or other shellfish with precision and speed
- Ensure all shellfish are properly cleaned and presented
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Preparing raw food, ceviche, seafood towers, shrimp cocktail etc.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Shucker or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices in relation to shellfish handling
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and food industry standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
