Date Posted: 2023-01-31-08:00 Country: United States of America Location: OT541: TFP - Florence, SC 1500 Otis Way, Florence, SC, 29501 USA Summary: As part of the North American Contract Logistics Center eLogistics team, the eLogistics Product/Cost Administrator will support the product and cost administration required for any product introductions or updates in eLogistics—the estimating system for the Otis salesforce. In addition, this role will support the factory through conducting test contracts. The CLC eLogistics Product/Cost Administrator is a self-motivated, results-driven employee with excellent attention to detail. This person also is an excellent communicator with the ability to efficiently communicate complex content. Key Responsibilities Creating and maintaining product information in eLogistics Creating and maintaining cost information in eLogistics Design reviews incorporating learning into future designs Supporting user testing for internal applications Critical Skills and Knowledge Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills Focused on delivering results Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software Experience with SQL and/or HTML programming Ability to read engineering documents A self-motivated personality with a strong desire to continue learning Excellent communicator Dedicated to process improvement Able to work in cross-functional teams, respect individual differences, and welcome diverse thinking Working knowledge of database design techniques Cost accounting experience Experience in the elevator industry Familiarity with elevator components Experience in a manufacturing facility Experience with the eLog and JD Edwards software BI reporting experience Qualifications Minimum Education: Associate degree or 10 year relevant experience Minimum Experience: 7 years for associate, 5 years for BA; 3 years for MA Otis is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
