Key Responsibilities
· Assess patient conditions, identify potential issues, and implement suitable interventions to improve health outcomes.
· Administer medications, conduct specimen collection, and perform wound care.
· Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and family members to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care.
· Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to interventions.
· Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
· Communicate effectively with all shifts to ensure continuity of care and participate in educational activities as required.
· Advocate for the emotional and physical well-being of patients, addressing both immediate and long-term healthcare needs.
Must-Haves
· At least 1.5 years of experience in bedside nursing.
· Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
· Valid GA RN License or Multistate License (MSL).
Nice-to-Haves
· Experience managing a 4:1 or 6:1 patient ratio.
· Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
