Our food is influenced by many cultures and artistic expressions while embracing the bounty of California's land and sea produce to curate a unique dining experience for the vast ethnic palate of Los Angeles.

Role and Responsibilities:
Create a warm and hospitable environment for everyone in our restaurant
Maintain professional & positive guest relations at all times.
Clearly communicate daily menu items and make thoughtful/informed recommendations to our guests
Serve alcohol in accordance with California Law
Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverages
Maintain high level of product and menu knowledge
Partake in regular testing to ensure product knowledge is to Otono standards
Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop knowledge and skills

Skills / Experience:
Previous experience in the position you are applying for (2 years )
Experience with Resy/Toast POS
Excellent listening & communication skills
