Lead Teacher
What you bring as a Team Member:
All Lead Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using the provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will oversee classroom management and the daily tasks of junior team members. You will also assist the Assistant Director and Director in classroom and facility management as directed.

Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must have high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year of experience, or CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Child Care related major and 6 months of experience.
