Overview
The IBP Data Specialist role is responsible for ensuring accuracy of data, process, and interconnections for the Product Section of Integrated Business Planning (IBP). This role supports the entire IBP cycle for Otter Products by identifying and improving standard processes to drive appropriate actions for lifecycle management of our products.

- Ensure accuracy of product roadmaps and descriptors in IBP data systems
- Deliver updates on time to support monthly IBP cadence
- Provide 1-stop data entry under guidance of content owners
- Assist IBP Product Leads and Analysts on monthly presentations (PMR) and processes (DWG)as needed
- Gather content from other Otters and format appropriately for presentation
- Generate data views for roadmap health, device lifecycles, DWG, etc.
- Repeatably update data maps each month for IBP systems as applicable
- Execute lifecycle management processes including DWG, tooling scrap, inventory, etc., at the appropriate cadence, typically monthly
- Perform periodic cross-checks of data integrity and freshness across systems
- Support cross-functional problem solving with IBP Analysts and IBP leads
- Track changes, as needed
- Cooperate with Demand, Supply, Finance, and IT according to situation
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
· Minimum three years of previous relevant experience in data management and analysis required.
