BI Analyst

BI Analyst Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a pivotal role on the BI team, shaping data-driven strategies to enhance customer and employee experiences. The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain data models, pipelines, and reporting to align with the organization's strategies. Location: Franklin, TN - hybrid onsite 3 days a week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data pipeline management and data model development, leading discovery and requirements gathering
• Translate business processes and performance metrics into data models by designing and building star schema Fact and Dimension tables using SQL.
• Report development and support
• Collaborate and partner with business, serving as a liaison between the BI team and internal stakeholders to align data solutions
  

  Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SQL and star schema data modeling, structuring large data sets
• Experience leading data discovery, design, development and implementation of data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with analytic reporting tools such as Power BI
• Advanced Excell skills
• Python experience preferred
