What you will be doing:
- Support associates in diverse locations with a range of HR related processes, procedures, and policies
- Investigate a variety of employee relations situations
- Review unemployment claims
- Support the new hire and onboarding process while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Support the life cycle of our Associates while partnering with leadership for win-win solutions.
What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field is preferred
- HR Certification is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of generalist experience in Human Resources or a combination of education and experience is required
- Proven interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multitask and think out of the box for solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical and administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
