Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 6pm
Long Term Care Facility – Concierge
- Coordinate the process of new admissions to the facility in a friendly, compassionate manner.
- Be the primary customer service resource for the building and areas where the residents/patients are directly affected.
- Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys to residents/guests and family members where appropriate.
- Assist staff members to ensure the resident’s/patient’s needs are met.
- Communicate with residents and family members to ensure that they are receiving services as requested and to ascertain any additional needs.
- Must have time managment.
Skills necessary
- Customer service
- 2-4 years of experience in customer relations in healthcare; more specifically in a long-term care setting.
- Bilingual (spanish)
- Proficient in excel, word and outlook
- Task oriented
Salary : $16 - $20
