PRODUCT MANAGER - Elevate platform

Salary: $90k

Reports to: VP of Product Management

Hybrid- will be working remote and in office when needed

Elm Street is looking for a smart, driven, and collaborative product manager who is excited to make an impact with a fast growing company. You will be responsible for developing executable product requirements to enhance our Elevate platform: a CRM, website, and social media solution for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.

You will be responsible for planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: recommending strategy and roadmap for enhancements and integrations; creating and refining user stories with outstanding requirements for the engineering team; managing product releases; using data to analyze the success of initiatives; and working closely with stakeholders (including engineering, sales, customer service, and marketing) to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met. The PM is the internal voice of the customer and works collaboratively across the organization to ensure their features can be deployed, trained on, and supported.

Requirements and Qualifications of a Product Manager:

• 3 years experience as a software product manager who has teamed with engineers and designers to facilitate the product development process: deciding what features to build or improve and why, when to build them, and how to measure what you've built

• Experience with agile development processes

• Experience identifying MVPs, sizing work, and breaking work into incremental deliverables that bring value to market quickly

• Ability to assemble product requirements from multiple sources (research, usage data, consumer & stakeholder feedback, competitive assessment)

• Experience acquiring and analyzing data to inform priorities and roadmap creation

• Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously with precise attention to detail

• Experience and high comfort level working closely with other product managers, engineers, and designers

Responsibilities of a Product Manager:

• Define, drive and launch major software product releases that meet business and customer requirements

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, identify impactful product wins, define and capture requirements for feature enhancements, and communicate progress

• Recommend and present the highest priority user stories and suggest the proposed scope of iteration

• Create and communicate product roadmap, release notes, and go to market strategies

• Prioritize the backlog and lead team planning sessions to organize and sequence the work

• Communicate and capture requirements in a way that people can understand them, e.g., user stories, test cases, mockups, A/Cs – and review them and get final sign off from stakeholders

• Write clear, user-centric user stories and guide the engineers to validate engineering approach and write technical requirements

• During a sprint, monitor progress, clarify story details, validate completed stories and research stories for the next sprint
