Westward 360 is seeking an On-Site Front Desk Associate that is a bright, creative, and energetic individual with an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic to join our team as a Part Time On-Site Front Desk Associate at our growing Las Vegas Community Management location. Applicant must be computer capable and familiar with Google. The ideal applicant will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, well-spoken verbally and in writing with the ability to communicate well with others. Must be decisive and solution oriented with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Applicant’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to answering phones, face-to-face client interaction, email correspondence, handling packages, enforcing the Association governing documents uniformly, and other customer service-oriented duties. This is a great opportunity for somebody to start a career with an up-and-coming company with ample opportunity for advancement. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls Data Entry
- Email Correspondence
- Customer Satisfaction (via in person, phone, and email)
- Handle package tracking
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Ability to manage conflict and deescalate situations
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and manager
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, and PowerPoint
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to work independently
- Must have at least 2 years experience with in person customer service
- Must have at least 1 year experience with computer data entry
Wages and Benefits:
- Pay: $14-$15/hr depending on experience
- 32 hrs weekly
- 10 vacation days
