About the Team Our SMB Account Executive (AE) Growth team works closely with our existing customer accounts. They establish relationships with customer stakeholders and work to create value of the existing product, as well as educate on the value of new products.  Additionally, they manage the entire renewal process.  The Growth AE’s work closely with several cross functional departments, including Acquisition, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Legal and Finance. They are generally responsible for acting as the intermediary between these functions to ensure Outreach is providing long term value to our customers. About the Role The Director, SMB Growth, Account Executive will lead a team of 4-5 Growth AE Managers who each are responsible for 6-8 AE’s. Teams are primarily located in our Seattle and New York offices. The primary responsibility of the role will be to lead the team to quota attainment via expanding and renewing existing customers in the 35-500 range. The role owns the biggest revenue target in Outreach and as such is a critical, high profile role within the Sales Leadership team and can expect a lot of C-level interaction. Quota achievement will come by way of you defining, implementing and operationalizing a sales process and methodology that allows sellers to achieve targets, while maintaining a great culture and experience for our customers. Location: Seattle or NYC. Hybrid Position with expectation of going into the office a few times a week.
