Outreach is hiring a full-time Therapist/Crisis Intervention Program Coordinator at Outreach Counseling Carol Stream to provide therapy to low-income, at-risk youth and family cases and supervise the crisis intervention team.

Responsibilities:
- The Therapist/Crisis Intervention Program Coordinator will maintain a half-time caseload of low-income, at-risk youth and family therapy cases.
- Partner with the Clinical team to initiate and maintain community relations.
- Provide clinical/mental health consultation and educational services to schools, churches, and parent groups.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical training, and other agency activities.
- Provide clinical consultation to the crisis team as needed and onboard new crisis staff. Carry the crisis pager on a rotational basis.
- Oversight for the CCBYS grant, maintain records, monthly statistical reports, and audits.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, with 2 evenings per week.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- LSW/LPC/AMFT Licensure is strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in systemic interventions with youth.
- Ability to navigate the educational, legal, and mental health delivery systems.
- Sensitivity to the needs of a low-income, culturally diverse population.
- A valid driver's license.
- A commitment to Outreach's Statement of Mission & Faith.
