Job Description: The Homeowner Experience Manager is responsible for the successful management of the day to day needs of owners in the Outrigger Honua Kai Management rental program. These responsibilities will include providing information to current as well as potential owners, managing current and potential inventory of homes, as well as communicating with different types of owners via email, phone, and in person. The Homeowner Experience Manager will also assist the Business Development in achieving the goals of the department. This position will also manage the homeowner coordinator positions in the department with scheduling and daily duties. Ensures owner assets are inspected regularly and maintained at the AAA four diamond standard including maintaining asset data bases and photographic inventories. Will act as the key contact for all Outrigger Owner Agreements. Minimum Requirements Hospitality or Resort experience preferred and experience with home upgrades and coordination is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Must be able to assist, interact, communicate, and cooperate in a professional manner with owners, guests, associates, and partners in an efficient, professional and supportive manner.
Salary : $56,000 - $70,900
