Accounting and Finance is an integral part of the Outside Interactive Inc team. We work with members of every department across the organization in order to provide executive leadership and the board comprehensive and correct financial information. We are constantly growing and changing to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing organization.

This is a hybrid position out of our Boulder office, this position requires being in the office at least 2 days a week.

Within 1 month, you will:

• Coming into the Boulder office to process office mail
• Be able to match and process invoices through Concur
• Work with stakeholders to confirm and correct any AP related issues
• Process new vendor forms or provide documents as requested by vendors and Outside employees
• Communicate with the AP department, Shared Services manager and Controller about the continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
• Work with Shared Services Manager on TalentDesk procedures

Within 6 months, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for the HALP channel and AP email
• Miscellaneous clean up projects
• Assist with process improvements and company integrations

Within 12 months, you will:

• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Write up procedures for all processes in the role

What YOU bring to Outside:

• 3 years of experience with accounts payable
• Concur and NetSuite experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Amazing communication skills, knowing how to communicate with many different types of people and roles
• Flexibility and experience as a team player
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Colorado Jobs: Employees can expect to be paid a non-exempt hourly rate between $21.63 - $26.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and many more. The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
